The player sees one number at checkout — the price you set. The fee line is hidden unless you turn it on for your organization.

The fee is the same on a registration you take in cash or by check. It is what it costs to run the event here, not a charge for using a card.

Minimum $1.00 per transaction, which binds on entries under $16.67.

Financial aid is free.

Any registration with approved aid is exempt from our fee, whether the award is full or partial. Taking a cut of a subsidized entry is not something this platform does.
